Refund policy
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer has the right to return the goods within 14 days of the purchase date. The receipt date is determined by the courier’s tracking system.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following purchases:
Goods that customer has opened and cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (cosmetics/perfumes, underwear, swimwear)
Books, magazines.
RETURN PROCESS
Thank you for your purchase. We understand that returns can be inconvenient and appreciate your cooperation. To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these guidelines:
- Make sure the products are in their original condition, complete with all parts and accessories.
- Products must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and untreated in any way.
- All labels and tags must be intact and not removed from the items.
- Properly wrap and package the products.
- Consign the items to the courier no later than 14 days after the date of package receipt.

Kindly notify us of the shipment, carrier and tracking number within 24 hours from the pick-up.

If the above conditions are not met, the right of withdrawal may not be recognized, and the product will be returned to you, subject to your agreement in accepting any subsequent shipping costs.
Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, it will be checked for quality and promptly processed upon receiving the package.

REFUNDS
We will proceed with the inspection of products upon receipt
An email will be sent to notify the correct reception of the item, as well as the approval or rejection of the refund.
If the refund has been approved, it will be processed on your credit card or original method of payment, no later than 14 days after goods receipt. The cost of returning the package will not be refunded and will be deducted from the original paid amount.
RETURNS FOR DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If the product received is damaged, defective or incorrect, please send an email to info@shopblinky.com and kindly specify the reason as “damaged, defective or incorrect product”.
One or more images of the default, or damage clearly visible are highly requested.
If non-conformity of the item is certified, we will proceed with a refund on the same card or original method of payment. The refund will cover the purchase price and original shipping cost, no later than 14 days after receipt.
However, we reserve the right not to issue a refund for returned items until a proper and detailed quality checks have been carried out to verify and certify the claimed defects/damages
EXCHANGES
To request an exchange, please email us at info@shopblinky.com ,with your order number and the item details.
Please include the reason for the exchange and your preferred replacement item.
While we may not always have stock availability for exchanges, we will always do our best to assist you.

We regret that shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return delivery times may vary based on your location. For items over 100€ , we recommend using a trackable shipping service or to ensure your return reaches us safely.
