Shipping policy
SHIPPING and HANDLING
We will ship your order to the address provided using a courier or postal service of our choice.
We deliver within the EU and Internationally.
Delivery charges :
Italy : 15,00€ within 2 – 7 days
Rest of Europe : 30,00€ within 2 - 7 days
International : 60,00€ within 2 - 9 days
Please note that customs, duty and import fees (including tariffs and tax) (“Fees”) may apply if your Products are shipped to a destination outside Europe.
These Fees are not included in our delivery charges. Our Products prices are delivered duty unpaid (DDP).
This means that only transportation costs for delivering the Products, based on the charges specified at checkout and the final destination, will be included.
We are not paying any Fees relating to your Product eventually imposed at the destination by local customs.
The Customer is responsible for paying all such Fees directly to the relevant authorities.
Refusal of custom duties payment
We understand that customs and import fees can be unexpected; however, as clearly outlined in our Terms & Conditions at the time of purchase, all import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. These charges are assessed by your country's customs authority and are entirely outside of our control.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or reimburse these fees on your behalf.
Should you choose not to pay the customs fee, please be aware that the package may be held, returned, or destroyed by customs.
Should you choose not to pay the customs fee, please be aware of the following:
• If the package is returned to us: We will process a refund for the purchase price only (excluding the original shipping cost). Please note that a 15% penalty of the order amount will be deducted to cover the return importation fees back to our warehouse.
• If the package is destroyed by customs: We would be unable to issue any refund in that case.
To avoid either of these outcomes, we strongly encourage you to arrange payment with your local customs office so your order can be delivered without further delay.
All orders will be processed and dispatched on the next business day (Monday to Friday), excluding holidays. Please note that during peak sale periods, shipping and handling may require additional time.
The customer will receive an email with a tracking number that can be used to monitor the shipping and delivery process of the product on the relevant courier website.
When a parcel is delivered, you will typically be asked to sign for it as proof of receipt. If you are not available, a card will be left to inform you how to collect your parcel.
In the event that your package is lost during transit, we will provide assistance as much as possible to locate it.
However, once proof of delivery has been generated by the shipping courier, we cannot assume responsibility for the package.
Delivery times details
Delivery times can vary during holidays or business closure periods.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, delays with customs clearance procedures, any other fact relating to the courier services or any other circumstances beyond our control.
Delivery cares
We encourage customers to check the integrity of the outer packaging upon receipt. If any anomalies or damage are found, the customer must sign and note any reservations on the delivery slip and then contact our customer service department.
